How do I know whether my order is confirmed?
If your order was successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us almost instantly. If you don’t receive it (and it’s not in your spam mail either), please feel free to get in touch with us to check whether we have received it on our end.
I need to place an urgent order. Are you guys able to help me out?
Due to the nature of our work, we require careful planning of our schedule ahead of time. If you need to purchase items from us urgently, do contact us and we’ll review the order on a case-by-case basis.
Help! How do I know which size fits my dog?
We understand that getting the size right is so important for a comfy and dapper dog. That’s why we came up with a really simple way to take some measurements - and it can be done right at home by following our sizing guide! All you need is a measuring tape, or a string/shoelace to measure against a ruler :)
If my dog is in between sizes, should i get the larger or smaller size?
We usually suggest getting the larger size, so that the tightest part of the apparel is still a comfortable fit for your pup.
Is the sizing standardized for all your products?
We take great pride in keeping our apparel sizing consistent so that once you know your dog’s Ohpop-size, you don’t have to remeasure again (unless the pup has gotten a little more plump, oops!). But from time to time we may have pieces that are sized differently due to design variances, so it’ll be good to always refer and check against the sizing chart on each individual product’s page before confirming the purchase.
Will the apparel be too hot for my dog?
Sometimes the weather can get really warm. We know this all too well - we’re based in sunny Singapore! That’s why we source for quality cotton fabric from Japan and USA, ensuring that our apparel have better breathability.
Can the apparel be machine-washed?
Yes! Go ahead and wash them as you would for your own clothes, though you may want to give them a quick dust-off and rinse first if your pup is a shedder. Avoid using bleach when washing. Hang dry under sunlight and iron on low heat to make them fresh and soft!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We usually pack and ship your order within 3 working days, and will send an email confirmation once we have shipped out your parcel. It will take an estimated 1-3 weeks for the parcel to reach you. More info here.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! All orders of $90 and above will enjoy free shipping, and orders below $90 are subject to a nominal shipping fee of just $5.
What are the available methods of payment?
We have two main methods of payment available - Credit/Debit card and PayPal. We can also process transactions through Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is it safe to pay by credit/debit card?
Credit/debit card information is always encrypted on our end and we can only see the last four digits of the card number for verification purposes, so fret not as no sensitive data is stored on our servers. We also choose to only work with PCI-certified payment gateway providers.
Ohpopdog will never ask for your credit card details in an email, text or phone call. If a manual order made by us requires payment via credit/debit card, we will always email you a secure shopping cart link to make payment via our payment gateways providers.
Why are my purchases converted to USD at checkout?
We know you'd appreciate the convenience of being able to view the prices of our products in your home country's rates. That's why we apply a currency converter throughout our website for your viewing pleasure. As we're only able to eventually transact in one currency, all items will be converted back to USD.
Exchanges & Returns
I purchased the wrong size and need to make an exchange, how should I go about it?
As long as we have the right size in stock, we’d be glad to help get your dog fitted right! Get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends) and we’ll let you know if the right size is available. Do note that exchanges should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs. More info here.

When we send out an order, we know that you and your pup will love it. That’s because we’re obsessed with making sure our products are accurately represented in our photos and descriptions - what you see is really what you get. In the event that a return needs to be made, contact us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends) and we’ll furnish you with the necessary details required for the return. Do note that returns should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs.
What are the conditions for exchanges and returns?
The merchandise is eligible for exchange and return if it:
- is unwashed and unworn
- is not soiled or damaged
- has its original tags attached
- is returned in its original packaging
